The standard MOQ for gravure printing is 5,000 pieces. Our low-MOQ plate-free digital printing supports small orders of several hundred pieces, ideal for new startup brands.
We provide free artwork proofreading. Production only starts after you confirm the draft to avoid printing color deviation issues.

Rush order service available: We prioritize urgent orders to cut lead time by 3 to 5 days with a small rush surcharge.
Shipping options: Domestic warehouse delivery, sea freight and air freight for exports. We do not support single-item dropshipping; all goods are shipped in bulk orders.
We provide real packing photos before shipment and share tracking numbers for full logistics visibility.
Q4: What if there are color differences or size deviations on customized bags? Do you offer quality after-sales support?

Color control: All gravure printing follows international CMYK color standards. Minor color differences may occur with digital printing. Physical pre-production samples are available for bulk orders to confirm colors before mass production.
Size tolerance: Our industry standard tolerance is ±0.3cm. We will remake products free of charge if deviations exceed this range.
After-sales policy: If you receive damaged goods, misprinted items or mismatched materials, send us photos for verification. We will resupply or reproduce products free of charge and cover relevant loss costs.
Full pre-shipment inspection: Every batch undergoes random inspections for sealing strength, tensile resistance and appearance to minimize defective rates.
Q5: Can I get samples? Are samples charged? How long will samples take to arrive?

Sample policy: Blank stock samples are free; customers only cover international courier fees. Custom printed samples require a small plate-making & sampling fee, which will be fully refunded once you place your bulk order later.
Sample delivery time: 2–3 days for domestic delivery; 5–7 days for overseas DHL shipments.
One-stop sample delivery: We can send multiple material samples together with a thickness reference card for easy comparison and selection.
